KOKORO
HOW TO MAKE PINK CAPPUCCINO

Kokoro is the new invention by Terza Luna, a blend of tonic plants that will help us wake up gently but also energetically.
Kokoro does not contain coffee, so it is not acidic, it is suitable for those looking for an alternative to morning coffee but need a boost that tea or herbal tea cannot provide.

But Kokoro is also a product for those who want to amaze in their bar or at home by creating fantastic pink cappuccinos (thanks to the beetroot present in the blend)

The Kokoro coffee is based on:
Organic cocoa powder, Guarana, Organic beetroot powder, organic whole sugar, organic cardamom, and organic cinnamon.

“In Japanese, there are 3 words to describe the heart.
The first is shinzou, which is the organ that keeps us alive..
The second is ha-to, the classic heart-shaped symbol found everywhere, especially on Valentine's Day
The third is kokoro.
Heart, mind, and soul are indissolubly intertwined in the word kokoro..
(From Japonisme, Harper Collins)

PREPARATION OF PINK CAPPUCCINO

Just use 2 tablespoons of Kokoro in the cappuccino cup, mixing it with milk.
To froth the foam, you will need a milk frother (if you are at home) or a steam wand (if you are in a bar).

Kokoro is sold in a 100g bag.

TASTE AND PROPERTIES

The taste of Terza Luna's Kokoro is sweet, delicate, easily adaptable to many preparations, both with plant-based milk cappuccino, cow's milk, or to experiment in your desserts.

The properties are tonic, thanks to the presence of guarana, rich in caffeine and antioxidants.
