Cast iron teapots are almost indestructible objects thanks to the alloy of materials with which they are built. They are suitable for the preparation of any type of tea, although they perform better with large leaf teas and Japanese teas. The Koshi teapot is a fantastic gift but also a splendid design object.
Once used as kettles, today they serve as teapots, they can be used on a stove but it is better to use a flame spreader and low heat. It is better, however, to pour already hot water into them rather than putting them on the fire every time to preserve them, in fact, their internal enamel could crack over time.
