WALNUT OOLONG

Tea oolong, China, oxidized at 82%.

The strong notes of highly oxidized oolong teas, combine perfectly with the taste of walnut, almonds and maple syrup. Oolong teas are semi-oxidized teas (halfway between black tea and green tea) and contain little caffeine, due to the fact that the leaves used are located in the lower part of the plant.
