FOUR SEASON OOLONG
-Si Ji Chun 四季春-

Origin: Mingjian, Nantou Province, Taiwan

Harvest: April 2022

Altitude: 600-800 meters

Cultivar: Si Ji Chun

Farmer: Uncle Lin

The Four Season is an oolong tea named after its homonymous cultivar, originating from Taiwan, characterized by a particular sweetness and very pronounced floral notes with a remarkable velvety undertone.
The four season oolong that we offer has particularly impressed us for its friendliness in the cup, we have tried it in different infusions, both hot and in cold brew, and it has always given excellent results.

Uncle Lin's four season won the Great Taste Award in London in 2019, emphasizing its absolute quality as a tea.

The tea farmer has been cultivating for generations, with great skill he brought to light this spring harvest of 2022.

Like most Taiwanese oolongs, this tea should be infused according to the gong fu cha method: many leaves for short repeated infusions.

This tea does not have organic certification, but the farmer assures us that no pesticides or laboratory-origin fertilizers are used.
