Harvested in April 2024 White downy cultivar
The Pai Mu Tan, like every white tea, has one of the leaves almost intact, because it undergoes very little processing and therefore retains a greater number of antioxidant substances compared to all other teas. White teas undergo less processing than other teas and are exposed to heat for only a short time before being dried. The plant of white Pai Mu Tan tea surprises with freshness and manages to preserve its beneficial properties over time, without oxidation inhibiting the healing potential of this delicious white tea. The organic white Pai Mu Tan tea has very large leaves, due to its cultivar, and buds still closed. This is why Pai Mu Tan will last longer than other teas and its preparation will only require two teaspoons per cup.

The Pai Mu Tan, also known as Bai Mu Dan, has a unique taste, capable of satisfying even the most refined palates. It is a tea with a predominantly sweet and fresh aroma that Chinese white tea enthusiasts recommend trying at least once in a lifetime. Because they say it has a flavor that can only be described best by one's own spirit.
The organic Pai Mu Tan like all white teas is very rich in properties. The caffeine content is very low and the excellent presence of catechins make this tea a very effective antioxidant. Regular use of white Pai Mu Tan tea prevents cell aging.
