Oolong tea is a semi-oxidized tea with a percentage of leaf oxidation that can vary from 15% to 60%. In this case, the leaves are oxidized at 15%, which makes them very similar to green tea.

One of the differences between green tea and oolong lies mainly in the processing of the leaves, the cultivars, and the terroir chosen to grow the plant. Just like in wine. Terza Luna's Queen Oolong is an oolong tea with delicate and floral notes, reminiscent of orchids and jasmine.
