Shipments to Italy have a cost of 4.90 euros including VAT.
Shipments cash on delivery have an additional cost of 2 euros (total 6.90 euros).
Orders over 35 euros have free shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS IN EUROPE

The cost for shipments to Europe is 15.90 euros.
Orders over 90 euros have free shipping in Europe.

Shipments to Switzerland have a cost of 25 euros, orders over 135 euros have free shipping.

Shipments to the rest of the world have a cost of 37.90 euros. The free port for these orders is 250 euros.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

We believe it is appropriate to inform our kind Customers that during the Christmas, Easter, and August holiday periods, inevitable delays in deliveries may occur due to national and international couriers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that these particular periods may cause, despite our efforts.


DURING THE SHIPPING PHASE:
Packages are delivered to the Courier by 1:00 pm every day. Terza Luna sends customers important information on how to accept receipt of the goods via email or phone. From this moment, the packages begin their journey: they are taken to the Courier's headquarters and from there sorted for final destinations. During these phases, packages undergo various removals and movements, therefore, upon receipt of the goods, it is necessary to check the packages carefully and always sign with a reservation, to be entitled to a possible product replacement and at the same time demonstrate to our private insurance that all precautionary conditions have been adopted for insurance coverage.
Each Courier already in the late evening or the following morning, sends an email or an SMS to the customer, confirming that they have the goods in charge and indicating the delivery time with the tracking link. Customers have the opportunity to respond to SMS by 12:00 am on the same day to modify any delivery parameters.


UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT:
In order to make our service more efficient, at the time of receiving the package, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to these essential points:

  • Check the packaging conditions carefully at the time of delivery by the courier, even if the package is not damaged, always sign with a check reservation, placing on the bulletin or handheld device the wording "Intact Package - sign with a check reservation".
  • This operation allows us to be entitled to a possible product replacement and at the same time demonstrate to our private insurance that all precautionary conditions have been adopted for insurance coverage.
  • Otherwise, we do not guarantee replacements due to hidden breakages (damage to the contents with intact undamaged package) and compensation will be regulated by the vector insurance with DL 286 of 11/21/05.
  • If the package is damaged, place the wording "I sign with a reservation - damaged package" on the bulletin or handheld device - Always make sure it is written.
  • If the package is severely damaged, causing damage to the internal contents, Reject the goods - and place the wording "Goods rejected due to damaged package" on the bulletin or handheld device.
  • Check the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the tracking.
  • Those who fail to strictly adhere to these three points will not be protected by product replacement guarantees.
  • Any disputes must be immediately raised with the carrier and notify the incident with related photographs to Terza Luna at the address info@terzaluna.com, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. The invoice or fiscal receipt must be kept as a valid document for the warranty.


FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED DURING TRANSPORT:
Upon receipt of the goods, check the presence and integrity of all items ordered.
Any reports of anomalies or breakages must be communicated via email along with photos of the damage found within 8 days of receiving the goods.
After eight days, all responsibility for breakages/anomalies/shortages and any redeliveries (even for absences or incorrect addresses) is declined, and the cost will be borne by the recipient.
