A green tea with a blue color!
Thanks to the presence of a special ingredient inside this tea: butterfly pea (or blue pea flower), a plant that is becoming very popular because it makes infusions beautiful to look at. Butterfly pea is a flower, completely natural. No additives are added to this tea to obtain the blue color.
But beyond the aesthetic part, its flavor is fresh and tropical, slightly tending towards citrusy.
This tea can also be prepared both hot and in cold brew.

Great to make cold in cold brew!

For cold brew (cold maceration) we recommend using 3-4 tablespoons of tea for 1 liter of cold water. Put in the fridge (without heating the water) and leave to macerate for a variable time between 3 and 8 hours.

Ingredients:

Green tea (50%), purple pitahaya cubes, acidified apple pieces, apple pieces, lemongrass, blue pea flowers, grapefruit cubes, flavor, lemon zest, sugar confetti (sugar, rice flour, partially hydrogenated peanut oil, potato starch, food coloring (concentrated beet juice), watermelon flakes.
