From this passion of ours comes the idea of this exquisite raw vegan roll with wasabi mayonnaise. Yes, you read that right, WASABI MAYONNAISE!
• Large cabbage leaves. • Seasonal vegetables. • For the mayonnaise: • 100ml unsweetened soy drink. • 200ml sunflower oil. • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. • 1 teaspoon of wasabi powder. • ¼ teaspoon of salt.
ROLL • Cut all the vegetables into julienne. • Steam the cabbage leaves. We use these leaves to wrap the vegetables and create our rolls. WASABI MAYONNAISE Put the ingredients in the immersion blender glass in this order: soy drink, salt, oil, wasabi, and vinegar. Insert the blender without moving it and start blending. When the mayonnaise starts to thicken, move the blender slowly up and down to create a homogeneous mixture and the desired consistency.
