Moroccan Whisky - Recipe | Bubbles Trani

The Moroccan Whisky of Bubbles, a well-known nightclub in Trani, is one of the 13 tea-based cocktails created for the Slow Iced Tea Challenge 2017, the event that saw the best bartenders from Bari and Trani compete in creating a cocktail with cold teas from Terza Luna and Kombucha.

Recipe

One and a half ounces of bourbon infused with marrakech express (at least 24 hours) mint sugar mint leaves lots of ice.

Bartender's notes

It is a variant of the mint julep called Moroccan whisky, inspired by the way mint tea is served in Morocco.
