However, if you practice sports at a competitive level or follow a tight training schedule, integrating nutrients that ensure the good health of the body is necessary. Not only proteins, but also vitamins, minerals, and above all amino acids. Organic molecules involved in cellular metabolism, amino acids are the fundamental components for protein synthesis. Proper integration of essential amino acids ensures the maintenance of good muscle health and rapid regeneration of connective tissue after training.
