AWAKENING
-Mix of plant proteins, maca, and mushrooms-

250g Bag

Awakening is a product from the Healthy Mood line by Terza Luna designed to support you with the energy of various botanicals that can help you tackle the day with the right attitude, thanks to the proteins it contains and plants like mushrooms, cocoa, and maca.

Its ingredients are:

  • PEA PROTEIN
  • RICE PROTEIN
  • HEMP PROTEIN

This mix of plant proteins is designed to provide a protein intake that is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

  • COCOA
    Theobroma cacao
Cocoa, once the exclusive domain of the imperial elites of South America, is now fortunately a product widely consumed worldwide. Nonetheless, only recently has attention to its properties and effects increased, along with more conscious consumption. We mention some very interesting studies that shed light on its action.
  • MACA
    Lepidium meyenii
The plant originates in South America, particularly in the central Andes, and has been cultivated in Peru. It is also known as Peruvian ginseng, Andean maca, or Peruvian maca, precisely because its production is particularly abundant in these areas. The maca plant grows at high altitudes, between 3000 and 4000 meters, and is part of the Brassicaceae family.
  • CHAGA
    Inonotus Obliquus
Chaga is a parasitic fungus that grows in the colder regions of Northern Europe on birch trees. Since the 1960s, it has been studied for its numerous studies. Chaga is rich in: sterols (lanosterol, betulin, lupeol, inotodiol, etc.); antioxidants (SOD-Superoxide dismutase, melanin); polysaccharides (chitin, alpha and beta-glucans).
  • CORDYCEPS
Cordyceps sinensis is a fungus from China that is attracting increasing attention, as is the kingdom of fungi in general. We are better understanding the importance of these plants for the well-being of forests and woods, thanks to the work of various researchers. One of the most famous is Stefano Mancuso, who, even internationally, is shedding light on the incredible actions of networks and connections that fungi create in the undergrowth, maps that resemble our neural networks when viewed.

HOW TO PREPARE IT?

You can easily prepare it by adding a spoonful of Awakening to hot water, adding a bit of honey, and then drinking it. Alternatively, you can add it to your breakfast in muesli, yogurt, oats, plant-based milk, or cow's milk, always in the proportion of one spoonful per cup.

WHEN TO TAKE IT?

Better in the morning or early afternoon to give us the right energy.
