Tè oolong, China, oxidized to 82%.

The strong notes of highly oxidized oolong blend perfectly with the taste of walnut, almonds, and maple syrup. Oolong teas are semi-oxidized teas (halfway between black tea and green tea) and contain little caffeine, as the leaves used are from the lower part of the plant.
