Origin: Colombia, Huila Altitude: 1600mt - Processing Method: washed. Notes: more delicate compared to other coffees, with a full roundness in the mouth, not very acidic and with very persistent notes of cocoa beans. The varieties used in this coffee are: Caturra, Castillo Cupping: 84
