The plant of green anise is characterized by a herbaceous, hollow and round stem, with leaves that vary depending on their position, toothed lobed, long petiole and larger at the base while small, incised, feathery and with a shorter petiole at the top. The flowers of this medicinal plant are small whitish and arranged in umbels like other umbellifers. The seeds of green anise are small and striated diachenes. ANISE LIQUEUR

Ingredients: 35 gr of green anise seeds, zest of 1/4 lemon, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 piece of vanilla, 1 clove, half a liter of 95° alcohol, 600 gr of sugar.

Preparation: Put all the ingredients, excluding the sugar, in a hermetically sealed jar and let it macerate for 20 days. Boil the sugar with half a liter of water for 10 minutes, let it cool and mix it with the infusion.
